White Rock Quarries supported the 2002 Mining Day presentation held recently at the State Capitol in Tallahassee, FL. The annual exhibit, coordinated by the Florida Limerock and Aggregate Institute, helps legislators and the public understand the economic importance — and temporary nature — of mining as a land use.
